Glazing of the facade is complete on levels 2,4,5 and almost entirely closed off on levels 1 and 3. 

Cladding on the back façade of the building is ready. Plastering and painting works on the front façade are currently underway.
Tiling works have finished on levels 1,2 and have started on level 0. Paving works on level 1 are in an advanced stage.

Talbot & Bons outlet is fully finished and furnished. Finishes within BOV and lobby area on level 1, and YoYo child care on level 0 are progressing. Works on The Matrix and Bookshop and Stationery will be commencing shortly.
Works on the bridge and outdoor staircase have progressed.
